Artifact: Focus Area Professional Development - Inquiry-Based learning
Reflection:
​​The Padlet supports differentiated professional development opportunities tailored to teachers' interests and needs. The example is about inquiry-based learning, but the concept is for teachers to track and document their professional learning in a collaborative space. The practical instructional design helps teachers and administrators view growth in professional learning in a particular focus area across the school. The collaborative element allows for others to see what teachers within the school are doing, what professional learning opportunities there might be, and data about what different members of the community are saying/doing related to this focus area.
